Triin Kaurson has participated in the founding projects of many companies, helped to apply for activity permits and licenses (incl. from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board). She deals with corporate law mainly and is the backbone of many corporate change projects, helping to prepare meeting invitations, minutes and decisions. She has a long-term experience in corporate division, merger and transformation procedures.

Triin assists in the relations with the Estonian Central Register of Securities, Commercial Register, Financial Supervision Authority, Statistics Estonia and the Estonian commercial banks and notaries. She is also experienced in the litigation, liquidation and restructuring projects of companies. In addition, Triin deals with participation options daily, including the preparation of option contracts.
